Robert Fisk: How can you trust the cowardly BBC?

The BBC Trust is now a mouthpiece for the Israeli lobby which abused Bowen.

But I am mincing my words.

The trust – how I love that word which so dishonours everything about the BBC – has collapsed, in the most shameful way, against the usual Israeli lobbyists who have claimed – against all the facts – that Bowen was wrong to tell the truth.

MN COURT: FRANKEN WON; BUT AP REPORTS AS: 'FRANKEN LEADING VOTE-GETTER'?!

That's right, according to AP tonight, following the just released final ruling [PDF] from the 3-judge election contest court in Minnesota, Senator-elect Al Franken (D-MN) is not the "winner" of the election. Rather, he's merely the "leading vote-getter."

Are they kidding?! "Leading vote-getter"?! Apparently not.

Will that be how AP reports the results of elections on Election Nights from now on?

Federal Authority Over the Internet? The Cybersecurity Act of 2009

Essentially, the Act would federalize critical infrastructure security. Glad you asked.

But even though Reid did the reporting for the film, he was cut out of the film when it aired this week.

And the film didn’t present Reid’s bottom line for health care reform – don’t let health insurance companies profit from selling basic health insurance.

Facebook Warns Ex-Employees Not To Talk To Moviemakers

Former Facebook employees tell us the company sent out letters warning them not to talk to "West Wing" creator Aaron Sorkin, who -- his publicist tells us -- is still working on a movie about the social network's founding.

With Facebook's many cofounders, controversial origins, and various legal battles, we're sure its founding story would make a good movie -- especially if reports are true that it's based on Ben Mezerich's gleefully fictious account of a bad boy Mark Zuckerberg.
